Mihajlo Preocanin

Mihajlo joined Hands on Server Support while still studying at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin.

He always knew that he would enjoy the management position and his ambitions took him to become an Internal IT Team lead in March 2021.

On his way to becoming a Team lead, he learned how to multitask, troubleshoot staff technical issues with a lighting speed, implement new features, adapt to constant changes, and talk with clients on the phone.

He also learned to deal with pressure after facing a complete VDI outage while alone in the US evening shift (spooky).

He likes his team, though he sees the challenge in getting to know people online and misses the opportunity to grab a beer with colleagues. On the other hand, gaming after work helps them to stay connected.

Mihajlo prefers to dream big and would want to start his own cybersecurity company one day (he is very ambitious, tech giants better beware).

Currently, he uses the opportunity to learn as much as possible and appreciates his colleagues from the Task Force team and CTO, Jason Hamilton, for sharing the knowledge.
