What made you choose our company?
After reading the job description thoroughly, I realized that the company is hiring people that have basic understanding of the IT industry, and they are ready to learn and develop themself through real-world hard work. Before technical knowledge, soft skills were prioritized, like communication and willingness to assist the customer, and that I already had.
What did you enjoy the most about working here?
Since the company is hiring the people that are ready to assist the customer, naturally, they are ready to help the colleagues too. Lots of colleagues were ready to jump in when I got stuck. Besides that, you get the chance to work with top hosting companies, latest trends and technologies.
How did we help jump-start your career?
Shift leads are monitoring your work and development, and if you are ready to take their advice as a constructive criticism, you will progress very fast. The company is ready to reimburse the cost of some of the top industry certificates after you earn them. One large part of the certificate curriculum is already covered in the work you do daily, so you will not need to spend a lot of time to become a certified IT professional.
If you’d recommend our company to a friend, what would you say?
If you want to work in one of the most secure and paid industries, if your interests are leaning towards System administration, networking and/or cloud technologies, if you want to work from the comfort of your home, if you possess soft skills and you are ready to start a successful career, don’t waste your time and apply immediately.

What made you choose our company?
I saw the opportunity to apply for the job online. I decided to apply since I was always interested in a career in IT.
What did you enjoy the most about working here?
During my time with TouchSupport, I enjoyed working from home. It increases comfort and saves time. I never felt overloaded with too much work. The workload is very manageable and it is not stressful at all. I had some great people around me. Everyone was respectful and ready to help.
How did we help jump-start your career?
The Shift Leads gave clear instructions on how to advance my career and how to improve my skills. TouchSupport jump-started my career by giving me a chance to learn Linux. Good training, excellent guidance, and access to resources like Cloud Guru definitely helped.

I recommended TouchSupport to a few friends by mentioning the ability to work from home, shifts that don’t change too often, and the ability to learn new things. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and grateful for the time I spent here.

What made you choose our company?
I got referred to Touch Support by a fellow friend who recommended it to me because everyone is nice and helpful.
What did you enjoy the most about working here?
What I’ve enjoyed the most throughout my stay in Touch Support was the atmosphere and team communication. It is refreshing to see a workplace that even despite the workload still manages to keep a fun and energizing environment in any part of the shift or day.
How did we help jump-start your career?
Touch Support took me in even despite me not having any type of prior work experience and helped me kickstart and expand my knowledge in all things related to Linux. In any time of the day, I was able to turn to anyone with a question or issue I’ve had and they’d work with me on it and help me understand the works behind the issue.
If you’d recommend our company to a friend, what would you say?
In essence, if I’d be recommending Touch Support to a friend, I’d tell them that this is a very beginner friendly place where everyone’s eager to help out and teach you new things every day and rapidly, at that.

What made you choose our company?
At the time when I applied for the position I worked at a number of call centers or other non-IT-related companies I wanted a career change since those jobs didn’t really fulfill me. I was looking for a company that would allow me to show and grow my skills while accepting me as a junior so your company came up and I got a really good vibe on my first interview and a few years later I am glad that I made a good choice.
What did you enjoy the most about working here?
The overall atmosphere in the office everyone was understanding, friendly, and rushing to help when I needed it. The job was interesting especially for someone like me who never worked in a Linux environment.
How did we help jump-start your career?
Touch support accepted me when I needed a chance even if I was a complete rookie. In a span of a few short years, I learned a lot about hosting, Linux, management, etc… The most important thing that helped me, would be that the company provided me a chance to gain a whole new skill set both in terms of technical skill and soft skill.
If you’d recommend our company to a friend, what would you say?
This company is a great place to learn with some of the most amazing people out there. It will accept you even if you are a rookie and will open a door to a whole new world out there.
Just to add a few things. Your company really changed my life for the better without it who knows if I would ever get a chance that I needed at the time. In just 4 years I was able to turn my life around for the better.
