Our selection process
1. Application and tests
If your application has been approved by our Recruitment Officers, you’ll be given a link to the test. They will help us get to know you better and check your level of the English language.
2. Interview with a recruiter
The interview begins with a short five-minute task to break the ice and start the conversation. The interview usually lasts 20-45 minutes, depending on your previous experience. This will be an excellent opportunity to get to know each other better through the conversation and see if we are a good match..
3. Interview with the Team Lead
You’re a shooting star baby! Get to know your direct superior. He will assess your current skills required for the tasks ahead.
4. Hire
If you’ve made it this far, kudos to you dear potential colleague. In this step, we’ll reach out to you with an offer.
