40 hours working week, if there is overtime, Shift lead will ASK you if you are able to do it. If you do, you will be paid extra, by law.

Wage also, yes, on time. If the 15th is Saturday or Sunday, you will receive it sooner. Also, the company is stable, so you don’t need to worry that you will not receive it.

Leads, yes… they have ‘friendly’ conversations with you. If you want some certificates, they are willing to ask their superiors for reimbursement of the costs. They are discussing (besides KPI and PIPs) about internal, and even external career development.

My typical workday goes like this:

I usually start by reading my emails for any special instructions or requests. I then continue with my usual work, which includes answering phone calls, chats, and tickets. I also respond to messages from the other departments and check all the work queues throughout the shift. In case a ticket has a pending issue, I make sure that it’s been properly noted so that the next agents would know its current situation.

Since I am a senior agent, I mentor other agents, assign tasks, and update spreadsheets. I also review the procedures and update them if necessary.

What I like the most about this company is the career growth they enabled me to have with all the opportunities they offer.
